At Dealt Trading, we are committed to
providing you with quality products and a hassle-free shopping experience. Each
product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch to ensure
it reaches you in perfect condition.
1. Order Cancellations
- By Us: In rare cases, if the item you
ordered is out of stock or does not pass our quality check, we may cancel
your order. You will be notified promptly.
- By You: Orders may be canceled before
dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer
possible and must instead follow the return process.
Refunds for canceled orders will be issued
as follows:
- Online Payments (Card/Wallet/Installments): Refunded to
the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded
via bank transfer. Customers will be contacted to provide accurate bank
details.
2. Return & Refund Process
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery
(EU/UK customers – this is a statutory right).
- GCC customers may also return within 7–14 days,
subject to local consumer laws.
- Returned products must be in their original condition,
with all accessories and packaging intact.
- Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it
will undergo a quality inspection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed according
to your payment method.
Important Notes:
- Dealt Trading is not liable for damages caused during
return shipping. Customers must ensure secure packaging.
- Certain items may be exempt from return for hygiene or
safety reasons (e.g., earphones).
3. How Refunds Are Issued
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunded
back to the same card used.
- COD Payments: Refunded to your Dealt Trading
Wallet. From there, you may transfer the amount to your bank account by
following the provided steps.
- Installment Payments (e.g., Tabby, Tamara): Refunds are
processed back through the installment provider under their terms.
It is the customer’s responsibility to
provide accurate payment or banking details to avoid delays.
4. Refund Timeline
- It may take up to 7 business days for us to
receive and process your return.
- Once processed, refunds typically take 5–7 business
days to reflect in your account (subject to your bank’s policies).
- Refunds via COD bank transfer may take up to 10
business days, depending on your bank.
5. Checking Refund Status
If your refund does not appear within the
expected timeframe:
1. Contact
your bank or card provider first, as processing times vary.
2. If

6. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws
of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and complies with applicable GCC and
EU consumer protection regulations.
