Every device from Dealt goes through a complete multi-point quality
inspection including hardware, software, and battery performance checks.

What conditions do your devices come in?

offer condition grades:
- Like New – Almost brand new, no visible marks
- Excellent – Very minor signs of use
- Good – Light scratches or wear that do not affect
performance

Do your devices come with original accessories?
Accessories
may not always be original, but the device will include high-quality
compatible accessories like charger and cable.

Are the devices unlocked and compatible with all networks?
Yes.
All devices from Dealt Trading are fully unlocked and compatible with
all local and international networks.

Do your devices come with original parts or replaced parts?
Devices
may include original manufacturer parts or high-quality replacement
parts. All replacements meet Dealt performance standards.

How many quality checks do Dealt devices go through?
Each
device undergoes 20–40 quality checks covering display, camera, battery,
speakers, sensors, ports, and overall performance.

Are batteries tested and replaced if needed?
Yes.
If battery health is below our standard, we replace it with a high-quality
battery to ensure good performance and long life.

Do used devices have visible scratches or dents?
Used
devices may have minor cosmetic wear. We grade each device clearly so you know
exactly what to expect.

Do you offer sample photos for each condition?
Yes,
we can provide grading examples showing “Like New”, “Excellent”, and
“Good” conditions.

What is the warranty period for Dealt refurbished devices?
Our
refurbished devices come with 6–12 months warranty, depending on the
device type and selling platform.

What does the warranty cover?

Warranty does not cover accidental damage or water damage.
