Return, Cancellation, Replacement & Refund Policy You can initiate the return of your product if it is not included on the non-returnable list and the product you have received falls under the below conditions: 1. If you received an incorrect product and the received product should not have been used, and includes all tags and in original undamaged packaging condition . 2. Product is a damaged or flawed product .
If there is any reason to return your item for any reason, we will only accept a return under certain conditions:
1. The products are in their original retail packaging (Sealed/Closed Box) and are not damaged or tampered in any condition. The seal of the item needs to be in an intact condition. 2. For watches, the product needs to be in original packaging and have all the original tags. 3. For all other products, returns are accepted if the product is in undamaged original packaging, and includes all accessories. 4. If the packaging has minor soiling or is opened and product not defective, unused, no visible scratches or marks observed, a restocking fee of 30% (Percent) will be deducted while making exchange/refund. • You have the right to return a product within Ten(10) days of receipt of shipment. Non-returnable Products. 1. Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them; 2. Any consumable product which has opened and used. 3.
